Reservations are made on a first come, first serve, space available basis. Your
Credit Card # will be charged in the amount of the first night's lodging plus tax. This deposit, less a $10.00 handling fee, will be refunded should
you decide to cancel more than 72 hours prior to your arrival date. If cancellation is made 72 hours or less prior to your arrival date, your first
night deposit is forfeited. The 4 Winds is a smoke free
Property.
